MANILA, Philippines — According to the weather bureau, the country will see pleasant weather with isolated rain showers triggered by localized thunderstorms.

“The whole country will have pleasant weather, and it will be warm, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.,” said Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Temperatures in Laoag may reach 34 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao, 33 degrees Celsius; the Kalayaan Islands and Puerto Princesa, 32 degrees Celsius; and Metro Manila, 30 degrees Celsius.

Over the archipelago, partly overcast to cloudy skies will predominate.

“Inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, no meteorological disturbances were seen,” Aurelio stated.

Meanwhile, over Northern Luzon, moderate to high winds and moderate to rough waves will prevail.

Fishing boats and other small sea vessels are advised to avoid the northern and western seaboards of Northern Luzon due to moderate to strong seas.

Winds will be light to moderate elsewhere, with modest to moderate seas.
