Under the administration of re-elected Governor Matthew Joseph Manotoc, the Ilocos Norte government announced the opening of new and old job positions on Wednesday.

Manotoc made the statement after touring the Capitol’s many departments, where most of them had sought the hiring of additional people to carry out their mandate and better serve the public.

“As asked, we are looking forward to hiring more personnel,” Manotoc said, noting that Governor Roque B. Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital recently opened nine new buildings for its expanded healthcare program.

The Ilocos Norte government will require additional specialists, nurses, and other healthcare and social service providers to join the government as public hospitals in various regions of the province continue to be upgraded.

Following the retirement and promotion of several key personnel, provincial human resource and management officer Fe Siazon said the province is also looking for the right person to fill the positions of provincial agriculturist with a salary of P26, chief of hospital II, a department head position, preferably a certified public accountant-lawyer for the Internal Audit Services Office, internal auditor III, a supervising environmental management specialist, statistician II, plaza manager II, plaza manager II, plaza manager II, plaza

Meanwhile, at least two English writers are needed by the Communications and Media Office to cover and create press releases and other written materials for the province.
