President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara Duterte were both lauded on Monday by Manuel “Mannix” Dalipe for their outstanding work during their first 100 days in office.

The Marcos administration has surpassed expectations in its first three months, according to a statement from Dalipe.

“President Marcos’ order to halt amortization of land and interest payments for beneficiaries of the agrarian reform for a year is a clear example of his pro-poor and pro-people policies. His state travels to Indonesia, Singapore, and the US demonstrated our nation’s reaffirmed commitment to cooperating closely with the rest of the world in several areas, Dalipe remarked.

Additionally, Duterte and Marcos are currently leading the Departments of Agriculture and Education.

According to Dalipe, the coordination and harmony across the various government institutions also made it possible for lawmakers to move quickly on several measures that the President has fervently requested.

Earlier, Dalipe stated that the House of Representatives is united under Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and supports the legislative agenda of Marcos, as evidenced by the speedy passage of crucial measures, such as the approval of the third and final reading of the proposed PHP5.268 trillion General Appropriation Bill (GAB) for only 23 session days.

Face-to-face classes began within the first 100 days of Duterte’s presidency, and they have been handled remarkably successfully, according to Dalipe.

As the Covid-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic remains a threat, he continued, “This is no minor effort considering the intricacy of the preparations that are needed to secure the safety of kids.”

Dalipe even observed that DepEd, under Duterte, handled the situation surrounding the expensive computers properly by quickly requesting an investigation.

He continued by saying that Duterte has proven to be a capable leader and Marcos’ trustworthy collaborator in just 100 days.
