MANILA, Philippines — The weather agency stated Thursday that most regions of the archipelago will see mostly sunny skies.

“With the exception of sporadic rains that will only last for a short time,” Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration stated, “much of the country will have fair weather” (PAGASA).

The trough of a typhoon will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to Eastern Visayas, Masbate, Sorsogon, and Dinagat Islands, but Aurelio started the precipitation will be less than in recent days.

Over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy to the cloudy sky with isolated rain showers generated by localized thunderstorms are expected.

The temperature in Legazpi will hit 33°C, while Metro Manila and Laoag will reach 32°C, Davao will reach 33°C, and Zamboanga will reach 32°C.

Meanwhile, throughout northern Luzon, the eastern half of central and southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will dominate.

Winds will be light to moderate elsewhere, with modest to moderate seas.
